45Pounds, LLC operates worldwide and is located in Eastland
County, Texas. We have been helping children lose weight and eat
healthy since October, 2004. We have thousands of active members
covering all 50 states and 12 countries.
It is our mission to help overweight children through education of
both parent and child on the principles of healthy eating, through
understanding the nutritional needs of the child, and by providing the
direction, guidance and support necessary to succeed.
All meal plans are reviewed by a Certified Kid's Nutrition Specialist.
The Owners are Mark & Lisa Daniel. They have dedicated themselves
to fighting the epidemic of childhood obesity one child at a time.
Mark holds a degree from Stanford University, Lisa is a Certified Kid’s
Nutrition Specialist. They pride themselves in responding personally
to their members and can be reached directly at Mark@45Pounds.

Our hours of operation are 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Central, Monday
through Friday.

Orders are typically shipped first class mail within 48 hours, but may
take up to four days depending on order volume. You can check
your order status by contacting us at the number above.
Shipping depends on the location and size of order. For most U.S.
orders of a single program, shipping will be between $1.50 and $5.00.
Sales tax will be charged for orders shipped within Texas.
Once your order has been shipped and your meal plan requests have
been received, there is a strict "no refund" policy. If you have
received your materials but have not submitted a meal plan request,
you may return all materials for a full refund less $5 for postage and
re-stocking (if all items are unopened and undamaged). No refunds
are issued on orders more than 30 days old.
